My brother and I were staying for two nights and the staff was incredibly friendly. On top of the regular service they also packed us breakfast to go on the day of our departure as we were leaving early. While rushing to leave, I left some clothes in the room. Mohamed was so kind and he made sure they were shipped to Tangier before my departure two days later. I would definitely stay at the place again, if nothing, just to be around the lovely staff.

Not sure where to start with how wonderful Riad Alassala Fes is! First of all, the Riad itself is so beautiful, right out of the movies! Our room was gorgeous and the dining room is breathtaking. Breakfast every day was fresh and delicious. The location within the old city is ideal and convenient to all the sights. But what really makes this Riad so special is the staff who were all so helpful and kind and welcoming. A very special thank you to Ali who went out of his way to help us navigate the Medina on our first night in Fes and made sure we had everything we needed including takeout breakfasts on our early excursion days! Shukran Jazeelan!

It was one of the most beautiful accommodations I've had in my life! A calm, beautiful and so relaxing experience in that riad! Breakfast was delicious and the riad garden was breathtaking! Calm music and birds singing while having breakfast or dinner! It felt like an oasis in the noise of medina ! Ali, was the best one! He helped us out while checking in because my mother had an accident with her knee and couldn't walk! And of course, he made us feel like our home! Thank you Ali! 🙏🩷 And i hope we can make it back to Fez! Definitely we will go to Alassala riad again! Extra tip! Try having dinner there, they serve great tagliatelle with mushrooms and delicious pastille with chicken! 🥰
