The most luminous suite ( 35m²) opens on to terrace is equipped with a double bed. The tataoui doors and ceiling, and peer-tadelakt coloured walls, give the room a quite modern Berber style.

Emerald Suite - enter dates to see room photos

Accessible from the courtyard, this suite of 50m² is equipped with a double and a single bed. A large enclosed salon lays between an iraki-glass door and it is very comfortable. The taffeta-covered mezzanine proffers a sweet oriental atmosphere. Possibility of 1 extra bed.

This suite equipped with 2 bedrooms offers a very nice view of Medina and the patio. A nice door sets the rooms apart.The first one is furnished in an old Syrian style, with a four-posted bed. The second smaller room directly opens on to Medina, thanks to an identical window. A large window opens on to the patio, and the original wooden-door conserves a sign of blaze that fired Dar Victoria on the previous century. Possibility of 2 extra bed. Maximum occupency 4 people.

Charming small room for one or two people located on the second floor and overlooking the street, it is decorated with bejmat with elegance and simplicity. Clear and cheerful it is very friendly. The bathroom combines bejmat, Zelliges tilework and tadelakt plaster . This bright, air-conditioned room includes a private bathroom with a hairdryer and free toiletries.

Topaze is accessed through a hallway overlooking the patio and beautiful carved wooden doors (original). With its two small windows overlooking the street, its living room and bedroom in a harmony of golden sand and ebony, its baldachin and delicately carved furniture, its sanitary space in dark brown tadelakt plaster, it invites to a change of scenery in Africa. It is for two people a haven of intimacy and exotic sweetness. This suite has a seating area and air conditioning

Muffled and oriental atmosphere in the mezzanine. Spacious living room overlooking the patio, decorated with 2 windows and closed by a patio door in Iraqi glass. Double monumental doors in cedar. Refinement of the sanitary part/shower in boujade and zelliges tilework . This triple room features a sofa, air conditioning and seating area.

Deluxe Double or Twin Room with Balcony - enter dates to see room photos

The spacious twin/double room provides air conditioning, a seating area, as well as a private bathroom featuring a shower and a hairdryer. The twin/double room offers a wardrobe, a dressing room, a sofa along with a patio. The unit offers 3 beds.

The staff was lovely, we left early in the morning and they packed breakfast for us. Room was spacious and wifi worked well. Location was good. Rooftop was nice, good view.

The interior lounge/dinning area was beautiful.Good breakfast . Hassan was super helpful.Excellent location especially for taxi drop off.Felt room needed new rugs-and good clean.

Everything was just perfect about this Dar. Given the number of alleys within the Medina, Dar Victoria was relatively easy y locate and close to taxi point. Hotel has beautiful traditional decor, staff charming and helpful, food delightful,and ample amounts, room superbly comfortable , clean and spacious. Dar is in oldest and lowest part of the old city and so walking up to the Blue Gate takes you through many centuries of history . Highly recommend.

This is definitely the best riad we stayed in Morocco during our trip. It is decorated in a traditional way, with the furniture and the mosaic on the walls creating a truly authentic aesthetic of the past centuries. You feel as if you are in a historical film. The host was an absolute pleasure to communicate with all the time. He took exceptional care of us, always created a positive atmosphere and helped us to build a perfect itinerary for our tour in the median which is one of the largest in the world (9000 streets!). If I ever come to Fes again, I will choose this riad for my next stay without any doubt
