Good location for the Camino Ingles. Bars and restaurants nearby. Simple rooms but clean and adequate. Fantastic value for money. Absolutely fine for pilgrim walkers.

After a 30 hr. bus ride in order to arrive at Ferrol, I was grateful for the clean, quiet single room. Since the hostel is directly on the Camino Ingles (English Way), they provided small, packable toothbrushes/toothpaste, as well as travel bars of soap and small tubes of shampoo. It was not too far from the train/bus station as well as the tourist information at the beginning of the Camino. If you are tired from the arrival, one can split the first leg of the camino into two days, using the train at Xubia to return to Ferrol for around 2 Euros (Sept. 2025).
