The mattress was extremely comfortable and the pillows were excellent. I usually struggle with hotel pillows, but these were perfect. Everything was impeccably clean. The bathroom felt brand new, spotless and very well maintained. The amenities were thoughtful and high quality. The coffee was amazing, and I was pleasantly surprised they also offered hot chocolate. The kettle was new and clean unlike many hotels where you can see limescale or even smell iron in the water. Breakfast was outstanding. Ale from the kitchen made the best cappuccino I have ever had in a hotel. Ilaria at reception was exceptional professional, kind, and she even helped me become a Radisson member. Truly excellent service throughout. The location is ideal, just one minute walking distance from Ferrara train station. Considering the cleanliness, service, and food quality, the price was very reasonable.

It was across the road from the train station which was handy for a one night stay. It’s walking distance or a bus ride into the town. The staff were very friend it and helpful. Check out was 12 noon which was also helpful.
