The apartment is. spacious and modern .very clean and quiet. The location is really convenient, in a quiet side street , in a big private courtyard, just off the main pedestrian area. It's a short walk to all the main attractions and lots of places to eat, plus a supermarket is just around the corner. We could have stayed longer!

The location is great, right in the center, a bit hidden in a blind alley. There is grocery ashop and many bars in the neighborhood. The owner is very frendly. We could manage the heating on our oun depending the weather. There is a bus stop few minutes away, so the acces to the realway station was easy.

We had the 1st floor apartment. The linen and towels were beautifully laundered and the apartment is spotlessly clean. The rooms are spacious and everything feels “solid”. There is air conditioning. The location is very quiet despite being just behind the bustling main piazza. Very conveniently situated for visiting the city. We felt safe and secure thanks to the interphone access and burglar-proof doors and windows. There is no view as such since the apartment gives onto various inner courtyards but this ensures the quiet atmosphere. We appreciated the complimentary breakfast items (biscottes, jams, Nutella, butter, tea and coffee, juices, milk and water). Very good communication with Marcello who is very helpful.
