The hotel and its staff are amazing. We were able to check in about 2 hours early, which was very much appreciated after a nearly 24 hour long journey to Ferrara. The staff were very kind and welcoming, and provided us with helpful information about the trains when a strike was going on. The value for money for the hotel is great, and the location is excellent as well.

Everything was perfect. The staff most helpful, friendly and professional. We were offered an upgrade (but also our initial room was absolutely lovely) and ended up spending the night in an amazing room, with a gorgeous terrace view over the Ferrara castle. The bar area was well stocked and stylishly decorated. Breakfast was lovely, great selection and perfect service. Cannot wait to be back.
