Lovely hotel in a very central location, ideal for exploring the city. The team are exceptionally welcoming. One member of staff took the time to tell me about the Este family and the history of the Erculean Addition, which added a really personal and memorable touch to my stay. The rooms are spotlessly clean, with comfortable beds and plenty of storage space. The en suite was well equipped and well lit, making it very practical as well as comfortable. Breakfast was generous and well presented, with a good selection to start the day. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money, a perfect location, and an incredibly friendly, engaging team.

The location was excellent to explore Ferrara and the local area. The staff were very helpful to us and answered any queries we had especially in regards to parking. The breakfast was lovely with a nice choice. Room was large and comfortable.

The suite was gorgeous, comfortable, quiet and spacious in a beautiful old building. the hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly, the location was perfect and the breakfast was very good. Thank you for a wonderful stay in this small, family-run gem of a hotel.
