The location is excellent. In a lovely square right in the centre but not noisy. The hotel is beautifully decorated but most praise goes to the staff who were all helpful, kind, courteous and efficient. When my friend was ill (24 hour flu bug) they couldn't have been kinder, especially the kitchen staff and the room maid. 5* to all the staff.

Ideal location, right in the old town center. The hotel organises a convenient parking space nearby if you are arriving by car. The staff are friendly and helpful, educated and full of information about cultural and historical attractions (thanks Massimo). Excellent bed and perfect breakfast. Above all expectations and much better than presented on these pages.
