Hosts were very easy to contact, and deal with, they were keen that we enjoy our stay at the apartment. The apartment is just up a hill from the old town, we walked from Ferragudo train station, there's parking outside, if you drive here. The electronic key pad entry is impressive. We walked into the apartment & were blown away, it was lovely, really well presented and smelled good too. Very clean, 2 amazing large windows with views across Ferragudo, and comfortable sofas. The kitchen has everything you need and more. We had complimentary welcome drinks, which was a very nice touch. In the bathroom, water pressure on the shower over bath is really good, there's a heater to dry towels, a big mirror and good lighting. There's plenty of storage around the apartment. The bedrooms have blackout shutters which really help with a goodnights sleep. The roof top terrace is a good size, and just up the stairs from the apartment. It has views over towards the square where all the restaurants are, and the sea. There's plenty of seating up there, running water, and electric for the light and a fridge. We hired the hot tub, but be aware your first night it might not get hot enough. Also you will need to go and turn it on in the morning, to get it up to temperature, *make sure that you watch the video on how to use it. I made a mistake (I thought I'd turned on the hot tub, but it turned out the button hadn't stayed on..make sure it makes a noise, and the red heat button is lit) It meant we never got to use the hot tub. My fault..the hosts were disapppointed, they will be able to help you remotely if you are struggling. I also recommend you read the manual under the T.V. in your language to help with any queries you have. We liked Ferragudo very much, it's bustling but quieter than Portimao. We liked the fishing port, the square, lovely warm people and the sense of being with locals.

The property is really lovely. It is very spacious, has everything you need and is in a great location. The Roof top terrace is lovely and a superb hot tub. Lots of great restaurants in the area and nice places to drive out to if you hire a car. Owners very helpful.

it is in a convenient position with good parking options. The living area is very comfortable, light and airy. The lovely roof terrace was an added bonus
