The caravan was a good size. It was very clean and comfortable. Having an additional toilet was handy for a family. The gated decking area was safe for young children. The site was quiet and felt safe for children. It had a restaurant/bar/arcade and swimming pool. There was a play park and access to a forest area for nice walks. A good location for day trips to the surrounding areas and a trip to Biscombe beach. We really enjoyed our family break. Good communication with the owner who was very helpful. We would definitely recommend x

The caravan was exceptionally clean and modern, there were 4 of us staying for a long weekend and we had everything we could have wanted or needed, it is situated within some forestry which is lovely and the whole experience was chilled and calming
