Location is very good and the owner was super helpful and kind. He organised transfer to the station and also gave us a little souvenir when we left.

I really wanted to live in a hotel in the center of Fenghuang, so that there would be a view of the river, the old town and a balcony. Everything was exactly as I wanted it to be. The hotel has wonderful staff, husband and wife, they are always ready to help and prompt. They helped us choose an excursion to the village of the Miao people, and on the last day they treated us to real homemade dumplings. It's so cute and it was delicious. In the evenings, the center is noisy, restaurants, bars and karaoke are open, but by midnight everything quiets down, it's very comfortable to sleep. I am absolutely delighted with Fenghuang, it is incredibly beautiful.

The hotel will let you know where the taxi should drop you off. it is about 1-2 minutes walk from the drop off. The owner will meet you at the drop off to guide you to the hotel. The location for the Hotel is really strategic. We stayed for 2 nights and managed to explore the main area multiple times. The sound from nearby pubs were off around 11pm so it wasn’t an issue for us. The owner was try friendly and helpful in his suggestions (especially on good food). We will stay here again in future.

Really nice hosts, they helped us a lot, offered advice on how to see the town best and were just really generally nice and helpful. The room is in a really nice looking location so it's a great base from which to see the town or just chill on the balcony. The provided ginger candys, toohbrush and tea which was also a bonus. When we were leaving the helped us with our bags and called a local taxi for us, since there aren't that many Didis in this town
