Self check-in (until 00:00 latest) is possible. In order to receive your self checkin details & instructions, you must complete authorisation of your bank card via phone/online with Sleeplicity London Heathrow as security deposit guarantee for your stay. Otherwise, in-person check-in is available until 22:00 ONLY.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. I prefer underground to heavy rail, and this is on the line from Waterloo ... however, it was an easy trip and the frequency of trains was most satisfactory - to and from. There was excellent advice via WhatsApp as to getting there and making sure that the property would be found easily. The distance from Feltham Station is easily walked with good traffic lights (the High Street is very busy in the mornings but even then there was no difficulty with timing of the lights and getting across to the station. The welcome at reception was positive with straightforward advice about passcodes for the front and garden doors, and door of the suite. The room (single) was very small but bed firm and comfortable and bathroom clean with good, hot water and good pressure of water. Good, basic overnight stay in quiet surroundings.
