+ trip preparation, communication and flexibility + great house with great garden (small animals, mini pond, flowers, trees, space for kids and toys for kids in excellent shape, big trampoline + big house, nicely renovated and decorated, fully equipped with modern equipment, great big sofa, plenty of books (you can learn all about birds, fishes, HU history, but also with eclectic literature - from classics to U2 - ), all windows are equipped with anti-bugs nets (thanks and congratulations), nice aquarium...) +FANTASTIC view to the Balaton lake +Aircon availability in all rooms (didn't have to use it as we could air the house at night thanks to the anti-bugs nets) +lot of toys for kids (duplo, lego, playmobil, books...) +the cleanest place I have been to so far +free parking in the yard under a carport (with detector triggered light) after an automated gate to enter the property +very calm surrounding (no barking dog!, just a super friendly cat) +very friendly hosts +tons of ideas and docs to prepare your next day visits
