Our host was at the property to meet us and was very welcoming and in showing us around the cottage, such a lovely man and greeted us with a warmth that was reassuring for our stay. There were lovely welcome gifts left for our disposal. The cottage was very pleasant and very spacious, with all rooms in a most accommodating fashion. Everywhere was lovely and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The décor and paintings on the walls were spectacular. Nice bathroom with shower and bath. Clean towels in abundance. Kitchen was very spacious and had everything you would need to make decent meals possible. Wonderful sea views from every room almost. Cottage was nice and warm on chilly nights and mornings. Nice private outside seating area where we ate most days, but lovely dining room if you wanted to eat in. Living room was nice and comfortable with Tv provided. Key cabinet to secure indoor keys if you needed to leave the property. Cottage sleeps 4 people if needed. Double bedroom contained ample lighting. Nice view of Felixstowe all lit up at night from bedroom window, all windows contained venetian blinds. Hope to return next year, such did we enjoy our stay.

A lovely location within a very short walk to the sea. Good size accordion with everything you would need for a beach holiday. The host Duncan left a basket of goodies and milk in the fridge. A lovely touch.

Very close to the sea, yet quiet. Private garden spacious rooms and corridors, perfect for dad who uses walking aids . Great views
