The property was located perfectly- a short walk into the busier side of the resort and right next to Cala Serena, a tiny cove and beach with a bar. The communal areas were spacious and the pool terrace/ dining area was where we spent most of our time. The in resort Mallorca team were incredible whilst we were there. Really helpful and quick at getting the pool sorted (although it needed a proper clean) they were far more helpful than the uk team as they sorted a later check out for us when the uk team said it wasn’t possible. They were really friendly and certainly made the trip easier. The restaurant calls Ferrera/ casa Maria opposite the diving centre at the top of the hill was incredible. Fresh sea bass, seafood and perfect paella/tapas. Highly recommend as this was far better than anything further into the resort and a similar price. The staff are fantastic.
