We booked the apartment quite a while ago, and at that time there were no bad reviews or comments. Later, several guests complained that things weren’t okay. Because of the negative reviews saying that they didn’t receive their accommodation and that the host never showed up to hand over the keys, I got quite scared and immediately contacted Booking.com to make sure we wouldn’t lose our money or the reservation. The host also got in touch with me and explained that he had previously had issues with the person responsible for handing over the keys. In the end, everything turned out fine — we stayed overnight and had a really good sleep.
