The hosts, Claire, Robert and Colin the Collie were very welcoming and really looked after us. We arrived after a long drive through France to a lovely selection of cheeses in the fridge and homemade jam and cake. It was lovely to sit outside in the evening sunshine and drink wine, eat cheese and play some board games. The gite is surrounded by gorgeous fields and has access to lots of different activities, perfect for a family holiday with a 7 year old. We enjoyed the Aquascope water park, the fortress in Chinon, Chateau Rival and the French equivalent of ‘Go Ape’. The cottage has everything you need in it for a comfortable stay.

Very clean and all commodities available. Host very friendly and helpful. Accomodation a real pearl in the area. Worth visiting again

We were met on arrival and given a complete tour of the gite and the associated facilities. It was done in such a way it felt as though we were old friends returning and nothing was too much trouble. The property was everything we were expecting but better and we had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay

I liked everything Les Coindries : Hosts, area, apartment and the pool. It was perfect !! I reccomend that place on 200%
