The house was lovely and impeccably clean. It is actually part of a complex of two semi-detached villas. It was exactly as described on Booking.com, but the photos could not do justice to the lovely scenery: we enjoyed an unobstructed view of the eastern Cyclades, over a picturesque hill slope with an olive grove. It is located adjacent to the road of Apollonia - Faros, with easy access and a spacious private parking. Margarita was an excellent host and very helpful with her tips on the local beaches and restaurants. The house can comfortably sleep a family of 6 in 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds) and the living room, where the sitting corner can be transformed into another 2 beds. All the mattresses and pillows where very comfy and the bedding - of very good quality. The wifi was good and could support the casual browsing and YouTube streaming of our family of 5. The mobile phone network cover was patchy on the hilltop, with some areas of the house left with no cover, but we did not face any serious issues with the telecommunications. The other amenities were in excellent condition and working as advertised (fridge, washing machine, oven, air-conditioning etc). The island of Sifnos was very nice and clean. The local summer winds kept the temperature around 24-28 degrees of Celsius for most of the days and we slept nicely during the night time without the need of air conditioning. We hope we'll manage to visit Sifnos and White House again in the future. Thank you very much Margarita for the hospitality!
