Ania “Beautiful, charming, typical Portuguese guesthouse”

Whenever we travel, we look for properties such as this one. Very traditional, chilled, with quirky decor. When in Portugal, we love seeing all the azulejos (wall mosaics and decorations) and this house is full of them - this is a traditional Portuguese place, just full of charm and character. The place is kept very clean and it smells nice, the cleaning staff do an amazing job. The rooms might be simple but they are comfy, warm and clean. The terrace is amazing, there’s a kitchen also. WiFi works great. You couldn’t beat the location as it’s right in the old town, close to the bus and train station also. A massive asset to that place is staff - they are ever so friendly and helpful. There’s also a small shop run by them, that sells some really nice artisan gifts, postcards, jewellery - different to all the things you find in other tourist shops. When we are in Faro next, we will stay there again. It’s an excellent value for money also and the self check in procedure is very easy.

Centrally located place (you really can’t get a better location in Faro) a chilled out, welcoming atmosphere, very friendly owner/staff. The room was very clean and we loved the terrace.
