We really enjoyed our stay im this charmimg Tuscan country house. The pool was clean and we had a lot of fun swimming in it. Luca and his family were really nice and even organized our participation at a local dinner party in the nearby village of Ronzano with typical Tuscan meals. Thank you also for the present of two bottles of local wine at the end of our stay. We would definitely like to come Back.

We enjoyed stay there at all, the house and pool was fantastic, clean and so private everything. Pool for swimm great, under shelter we could seat and have a rest from tuscany sun, listen the music and relax, in the house is everything you need, we had very good sleep, Lucca the owner is very nice and help you with everything you need. So definitelly we will come back soon cose was great relax and domestic atmosphere:-)

This is GREAT place. You want believe me the first day, but stay longer and you will understand what i'm saying. First things first, the house is only for you and there are no other guests. Only the owners family live in the other house. The next house is few hundred meters away. That means, there is really quiet, no neighbours, no noise. We slept great there. The beds are very, very comfortable. There is no air conditioning, but there are mosquito nets in almost all widows, so you can leave windows open. The inside was allways cool, even without air conditioning, and the air was fresh. For me, mosquito nets are more important than AC. There is table with canopy just outside the door - it was very nice to eat breakfast and dinner there. And there is swimming pool - the best swimming pool we had so far. It's big - you can really swim in it - and it's allways clean. Luca has a special robot to clean the swimming pool constantly. In many places you can have swimming pools, but there are often small and dirty. But this one is big, clean and only for you! My children loved it. Wifi worked great, no problem with Netflix in fullHD. The next shop is 5min away (with car), in 10-15min you can reach Cortona - very nice small town. Less than an hour away is Arezzo and Siena, in 40 minutes you can reach Montepulciano and Pienza, and Lucignano... If you like sightseeing, it's good base.
