Location was great. Easy to find. Quirky which was perfect and rooms very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was excellent and the two young ladies on shift, were very helpful and friendly

The Dinner and Breakfast I had were excellent, the service was excellent especially since the lady who booked me in, ran the bar, served by dinner was working alone and it was fairly busy. I thought her service was polite, friendly, helpful and efficient. The choice was very good and all of the food was excellent. In the morning I had a lovely breakfast and there were two friendly welcoming members of staff giving very good service. My room was adequate for my needs for one night, it was clean and tidy with the basics in place, a fan in the room would have been handy as my visit was during the heatwave. It is an older building with a lot of stairs to negotiate, there are no downstairs bedrooms, so not great for those who are less abled. But a reasonably priced and pleasant overnight stay.

Friendly and helpful staff, good food, very comfortable and big bed. VERY DOG FRIENDLY which is a massive bonus for us. So often you are treated like second class citizens when you have a dog with you but not here👍
