The apartment was really nice, clean and in a good location. Short walk to the main street with a good selection of restaurants. The bus leaves right from the main street to the center of Kalamata. We loved the apartment's large balcony! The beds in the apartment need updating. The linens are good. The apartment has a dishwasher and a washing machine, but no detergent. This could be taken into account because the machines are rarely used, and therefore you don't want to buy packages of detergent, of which you may use 1-2 tablets. We are still very satisfied and would definitely come to this apartment again.

This flat is amazing: it is very new and spacious. There is very fast wi-if, fully equipped kitchen, large terrace with a roof (great for dining), washing machine, AC in every room, large plasma TV with YouTube. The beach (great for swimming) with lots of very good tavernas is just 3 mins walk, but the flat itself is super quiet - great sleep quality. There is a lot of free street parking nearby, even right under the kitchen window (though the street is narrow). Centre of Kalamata with the castle is ca 3 km from the flat. Large supermarkets (Lidl, Sklavenidis etc.) are ca 2 km away, but a few small corner shops with food and water are very close (5 mins walk).

The host was polite and nice and arranged an earlier checkin for us. The location is just great - 3 min walking to the see and about 20min to the city center. Very spacious apartment with cosy balcony, I would definitely come here again
