- very well equipped, including the kitchen. - the house is brand new. The air con is super modern - not like the older type units you see everywhere. - squeaky clean. - many towels. - friendly helpful and very nice host. - there is even a coal barbecue next to your terrace which you can use!

The blue house looks very nice during both - day and night - as per pictures attached. It is brand new building, very clean inside. Everything in the house was perfect. The house which we stayed in had all that such a house should have. It is equipped fully for either shorter or longer stay. In the comfortable kitchen we found dish-washer, oven, kettle, pans and pots, cuttlery, all we needed... We could also dine outside, on the mid terrace. Beds are very comfortable, wardrobe are big. There could 4 people stay easily. Enough room for everyone. Bathroom also very comfortable, very clean, and easy to use. Equipped with washing machine. Plot looks very fresh, still a little bit under construction what prooves all is just brand new :) There is enough space for car or two. Beach is 5 minutes walk from the house. It is also very easy to get to the place - the house is quickly recognisable when passing by, and plot is accessible through automatic gate. As for trips - 1 km to the border of Fano, 4 km to the town center, 5 km to harbour - perfect distances for easy picnic bike rides either in the morning or in the evening :) For longer trips - Rimini, Ancona, Urbino, San Marino and many other less known spots - no way to get bored :) And fianally Landlords - very helpful, very kind, it was pleasure to meet them ! ! ! If we planned to be in this area again to explore more - certainly this house would be the aim.
