The location is superb. On a hill, 10 minutes from Fano, you can experience true quietness, while chilling by the pool under the olive trees. Because Fano is pretty close by it's easy to find a lot of good places to eat around and the beach is also reachable in 20 minutes. The hostess of the villa is really kind and happy to helpen.

Very nice location off road for a relaxing stay. Even for us, only passing by is convenient for parking and close to the highway.Kind landlady offering good breakfast. It would be good to sit outside but the weather didn't allow us.

An amazing place above the Fano city located on small hill. You can feel the touch of history from the whole areal, building, rooms and furniture inside. Very nice and authentic style. Beautiful pool and the whole pool area with a lot of sunbeds, 2 whirlpools, table tennis and more. A nice old park around just underlines the whole atmosphere. Lorenzo is a great host. Nice big rooms. Very comfortable beds. The breakfast was very delicious as well.
