House is really big, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs, living room, kitchen and toilet on the ground floor. Calm part of Famagusta, walking distance to the beach even for kids. But the best part of the villa is the owner who not only gives you best tips and recommendations but also delivers fresh fruits, eggs and homemade jam from his garden.

Everything was tidy in the property. Location is very wonderful very close to the best beach of famagusta and city center is very close.
