This was a compact but well laid out cottage in a lovely quiet area just a five minute walk from the pretty village with a pub and tea room. Lots of walks directly from the door, and Keilder water just a 5 minute drive away. Bed was extremely comfortable as was the living space.

lovely cottage in a quiet village. Clean and well equipped, has everything you need. Great location for Kielder Water and Hadrian’s wall. Would recommend the Pheasant Inn and blackcock Inn for food and drinks!

We loved staying here. It was in a beautiful little village within walking distance of Kielder reservoir. It's very well equipped and beautifully decorated. We loved sitting watching the many many birds. It's in a quiet spot. Great for a relaxing break. Top tip order a Tesco delivery for when you arrive as there aren't any real shops locally.

Our stay in this amazing, cosy and spotless cottage was great. We have arrived late afternoon to a very well heated (was very cold with snow weekend), beautifully decorated and Xmas tree lit. It was so tranquil and super cosy. There was everything you need for a comfortable stay. Thank you very much we are already planning our next stay here.
