Location was fantastic! Right in front of a lovely park with a great playground. It was also only a 5min walk to several nice cafes, restaurants, cinema. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Huge bed. The kitchen facilities were also great, with all the utensils you need to cook a meal. Car park available. Safe property with door codes that changed during our stay for extra safety. Great place all around!

Great location and the room was very clean. Lovely large room, very comfy bed and great shower. Location was great, just a 10 minute walk into town.

The amenities were very good. Could not find any fault. Comfortable, Clean and Great Location. Excellent for a short stay with family in Falmouth! Walking distance from the town center. Easy Parking. The park across the road is beautiful also. Will book again!

Rooms were perfect. Very comfortable. Excellent facilities. We had our own kitchen but there was also a beautiful larger shared kitchen which we got great use out of it. It has everything you'd need. The location is perfect - across the road front he park (and playground). A short walk into Falmouth. It was perfect!
