This guesthouse is in a fantastic location, just a short and pleasant walk from Falmouth Town Station, which makes arriving and exploring wonderfully simple. The hosts were warm, friendly and genuinely welcoming, which set the tone for the stay straight away. The rooms themselves were spotless, comfortable and thoughtfully prepared - everything you’d hope for when away from home. It all felt relaxed, easy, and well cared for. All in all, I honestly couldn’t fault a thing. It was a delightful experience from start to finish, and I’d be very glad to stay again. 👍🏻

Beautiful property a minutes walk from the beach, comfortable, welcoming and lovely place. I stayed for a week in between tenancies, Tamara was a very kind and welcoming host. Would recommend!

For doing the SWCP this location was ideal -as it also was for the beach, town centre and railway station. It is room only but no shortage of shops, cafes etc within 10 mins. Communication with proprietor excellent.
