Bed very comfy and the rooms were very clean. If you just need a bed for a night or two, which we did while visiting Falmouth University, it was ideal.

The accommodation was very clean. When we arrived the fridge was dirty due to someone putting a milk bottle in sideways so it had leaked, but it was cleaned by the next day. It was only a short walk to the centre of Falmouth and there were plenty of places to eat out.

The location was great. Secure entrance to the property and the room. Nice kitchen and seating area which I didn’t use but pleasant and clean if you needed to. Parking at the property was restricted at the back of the property but plenty of on street parking on the main road. I stayed in room 7.

Warm water in shower. You don't need to do anything it is just what you chose. Not too cold or not too hot. Just what you selected. For England it is rare 😂🤦♀️ I have not decided about the bed in the beginning it looks comfortable but in the morning i felt like all night was working on the fields 😂🤷♀️ but i just enjoyed the pain 😅 my first time with spring mattress. 🤜🤛 Many thanks that there was a parking ❤ (because it is very difficult to find something in London)
