Brilliantly friendly staff, perfect for a visit to the Kelpies or Falkirk studium, spacious, warm, spotlessly clean rooms with comfortable beds. I was up for to watch a football match and simply couldn't fault my overnight stay. On a small business park, so nice and quiet.
