This is a good, budget friendly option to stay in Faliraki. The property consists of two buildings, each with 4 or so apartments of varying sizes (some meant for 2 people, some for 4). The apartments are fine for size - bedrooms were OK for size, living and combined kitchen area and separate loo / shower area are a bit small but you don't spend that much time there. There were 2 of us and it was fine, might feel a bit cramped if there are more of you travelling There is a pool area - the pool is clean and quite shallow so no problems there. Beds by the side of the pool are comfortable and there's shade available if you want it. Walking into Faliraki takes a bit less than 10 minutes at a steady pace, so everything is within easy reach but you get no noise from the nightlife! Our host was great - friendly, helpful and responded to any comments on the app quickly

Great location in a quiet location but close enough to the nightlife. The owners go above and beyond for you I have stayed there twice and will stay there again 😄

Communication before arrival could’ve been better, but once I got there, the staff were all really kind and welcoming. I didn’t use the facilities, but the pool looked great and the place is well kept overall. Just 200 metres from the best supermarket around and 300 from the centre—great location. For the price, I think it’s excellent value.
