The location of the hotel is good, around 12 mins walk to Faliraki beach, shops are nearby. Niko (the host) is very responsive and friendly, tries to help with any issues. The AC works. Breakfast is simple, but still ok.

Excellent staff, clean and spacious rooms, definitely worth every penny. Big thanks to Mr. Vasillis (Billy). He was very friendly and helped us a lot. No need to look another place, I highly recommend Nikos BnB to all fellas around the world!

Staff are amazingly friendly. Location short walk from the Beach. Breakfast is simple but everything you need. Rated 9/10 - would have been a 10/10 if the wifi was a bit stronger.
