Overall, I rate the stay quite positively. The environment was very clean, the room was cleaned daily, and there was a large pool where it was pleasant to spend time. However, it’s clear that the hotel’s best days are behind it, and it is now slowly deteriorating. This is evident, for example, in the presence of unfinished rooms that were originally planned but never completed. In our room, several holders were broken off and neither repaired nor replaced, and only three functional sun umbrellas remained by the pool. The pool water was pleasant, but with frequent swimming, it stained swimsuits yellow, and getting the color out was really difficult. The outdoor bar has clearly been closed for years, and no breakfast is served at the hotel. However, these are details the owner hasn’t bothered to update on Booking. The room itself is very modest, and the bathroom and kitchen are just barely comfortable enough to use. Another downside is the hotel’s location — it’s completely cut off from any public amenities, and without a car, it's impossible to reach the town center unless you want to walk across a four-lane road. Given the price, I still consider the stay a positive experience, but I wouldn’t want to return in a few years. If the owner continues with the same approach, the hotel will become truly neglected.
