Check in is from 14:00 to 20:30 only. If you are arriving outside reception hours please contact the hotel in advance to arrange for check in. Motel contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Charges will apply if a late check in is required but not arranged prior to arrival.Please note that each adult, child or infant will be counted as one guest. Pinewood Motel will only accommodate the number of guests that are on the booking confirmation.Please note that Pinewood Motels does not accept payments with American Express credit cards.For all check ins- please be aware that we will require to view and record credit card details and a current photo identification.
For Late Check in's - Please contact us prior to 7pm on day of arrival with current credit card details. We require these details before we can confirm a late check-in. Please do not send them through booking.com as we cannot access them.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

We had a lovely overnight stay here at the Pinewood in Fairlie. Staff are all friendly and accommodating. The motel was very clean and comfortable with everything one might need for a quick meal if need be. We ate at the nearby Fairlie Pub, which was recommended and well worth it for the ale, food and banter. I think air freshener was a tad too liberally used in our room, but otherwise it was a perfect stay. Thank you.

Clean and comfortable. Friendly welcome and the gentleman in reception was super helpful trying to help fix my husband’s broken walking pole!
