Location and it has great sound protection in a very noisy city. Did not hear any sirens etc once we were in our room.

The hotel was clean, the room was comfortable, the staff were really helpful and welcoming and the breakfast was spot on for us. As a family we thought it was excellent value for money.

Very good location, staff really nice and convenient that reception is opened 24hs as I arrived at 2am. Room relatively small but I guess ok for New York standards.

We stayed for 10 days at this hotel and everything was delightful! The breakfast was so various and delicious. We were 4 of us and the room was spacious enough, with 2 king size beds. The bathroom was very big and the small fridge inside the room was very useful. But the top of the top was the staff. Everyone. The amazing guys at the front desk, the guys at the entrance, the staff at the restaurant and bar and housekeepers as well. Everyone we asked for anything, was so kind and helpful. Grate job you guys. You are amazing. My next time in NYC, I will not think twice, where to book.
