We liked everything! The house is well maintained, equipped, it smells great, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen in the garden was a nice benefit. We also enjoyed the location since the house is situated just minutes from the ocean and surrounded by picturesque mountains. The village is quiet with a few small bars and a grocery store. However, it takes you about 15 minutes (by car) to the town of Povoação and you can get everything there. We would definitely recommend the place to everyone.

Faial da Terra (the village) was a bit remote, but beautiful with great hike, public pool, supermarket and a few snack bars. The house was clean, well equipped and comfortable.
