It is magical. Staying in an abandoned medieval village is an experience that cannot be compared to any hotel. The area is breathtakingly beautiful and the facilities are excellent. The rooms are gorgeous and the pool is just fantastic. The restaurant is incredible. A priceless experience. I will be back for sure!

Breakfast was great, plenty of choice. Everything was delicious and staff were nice and helpful. The place itself was beautiful and clealiness was exceptional. The spa was superb.

The location was superb with views from the property over the valley to the Grand Sasso. We were lucky that we were the only guests in the property on our second night, so we had the house all to ourselves. Our sons really enjoyed the spa which has very well equipped for a small country property. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. We dined in on one of the two nights and Gianni looked after us superbly. Encourage travellers to visit this quiet and under appreciated part of Italy and stay here.
