Position right over the lake, with wonderful views, huge garden and plenty of spaces to sit and bathe by the lake. The dependance house is spacious with different living and dining spaces, bedrooms very spacious, well equipped, and comfortable, with nice views over the lakes. Owner extremely kind, let us check in earlier and check out later, readily available to answer our questions and make suggestions to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We were not here in the summer but the garden has also plenty of different seating, eating and bathing areas, a pool, kayaks and paddle boards also available. House next to the ferry and two local restaurants (open March - October). Summer house with table tennis came in much handy for some fun family games in the evening.

The antique building, the wonderful garden with direct lake access, the location is very favourable not too far from Como, close to water sports

The property was in a great location and Stefano was absolutely fabulous with getting our luggage from the top of the hill to the Villa. He was also great with anything we need for our stay
