i absolutely loved my stay here. The place is stunning modern conversion that feels high-end and homely, with loads of open space, natural light, and thoughtful touches everywhere. It’s one of those homes where you keep noticing little design details that make you smile. The location was perfect — just a short walk (10–15 minutes) into Eyemouth, which is a proper working fishing village with loads of charm and character. It feels like a real hidden gem, and it’s surprisingly easy to get to from Edinburgh. My room was super comfortable, really spacious, and had that quiet, peaceful feel you only get in places that have been really well put together. Everything was immaculate and the whole place just has this calm, lux vibe. Apparently, it was a finalist in the Best Homes in Scotland awards — and you can absolutely see why. It’s the kind of place you walk into and instantly feel relaxed. I’ll definitely be back!

Beautiful old property sensitively restored with numerous break out areas both inside and out. Great communication prior to arrival and after check out. Warm welcome, great tour of the property and helpful recommendations for the area. Spacious room and comfortable bed. Quiet and peaceful, we had an excellent stay.
