The location of generals yard was spectacular, picture window facing the sea and the harbour,side window facing the lovely little seaside town. The house was equipped with everything you would need,and the welcome pack was amazing including bread,butter,jam,eggs,oranges,apples,biscuits,crisps,coffee,tea and more. Matthew the host was really great,helped by supplying heaters when heating was malfunctioning,Fixed heating next day,so everything was great. 100% recommend Generals Yard.

The view was fantastic. The flat had everything you could want, from food to toilet rolls.It is near shops and restaurant which does carry out.

The location was as expected as we know the village reasonably well. There was a lovely welcome pack for us so we didn't need to rush out to buy anything, a vey thoughtful touch. It is a well presented property which we enjoyed calling 'home' for the week. Watching boats come in and out of the harbour and seeing the sun rise and set on the bay was a delightful way to spend time. Eating out at local pubs and restaurants is always a joy. All in all we spent a relaxing few days in Eyemouth and surrounding villages.
