Varied breakfast choice. Very friendly staff. Good food at evening meal. Clean, modern bedrooms. Brilliant location.

Perfect location for our purposes - learning how to read a map properly, which started 500 metres from The Barrel Inn. There are ample options for walking in the area. All of the staff we encountered were friendly, helpful and attentive. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner during our stay and the food at each meal was perfectly cooked, well presented and reasonably priced. The room had everything we needed and the views from the Inn were delightful. All in all, a most enjoyable stay.

Location was lovely, staff were friendly and very helpful. Room was very small and bath room attention in shower area. food was good and well presented, but was disappointed with Rump steak was tough. my husband being a butcher was disappointed

Great location with fantastic views, the room was large and very clean with comfy bed. The staff were fantastic and very helpful, and breakfast was amazing - cooked and prepared fresh for you. Overall great value for money.
