Hosts were very friendly and greeted us on arrival, beds were super comfy and the cottage was lovely :)

The property was clean comfortable and well maintained with enough space for the four of us. The kitchen was well equipped with dishwasher, washing machine and a Nespresso coffee machine. The cottage being an old cow shed had character and plenty of light through the velux windows. The front of the property has space for parking. The location of the property meant we were in easy reach of Exmouth, Dorset, Torquay and Paignton. The owners of the cottage have a bed and breakfast which is the opposite side of the courtyard, so easily contactable if needed. The owners would also say hello when passing and ask if all was OK.

A great place to stay, lovely host, very clean, well equipped and nicely furnished and maintained, very close to Exmouth, and easy walking to pubs and restaurants. Excellent of road parking
