The location, the patio being open and feeling the breeze whilst viewing the scenery, viewing everything through binoculars was also fun and an enjoyable experience

The location, view, cleanliness. It felt fresh, modern and welcoming. Lovely welcome pack and plenty of information provided for the local area. A balcony looking out at the harbour and out to sea and over to Dawlish Warren. Very relaxing just looking at the view. Absolute heaven. Paid parking just behind property was fine.
