The location, view, cleanliness. It felt fresh, modern and welcoming. Lovely welcome pack and plenty of information provided for the local area. A balcony looking out at the harbour and out to sea and over to Dawlish Warren. Very relaxing just looking at the view. Absolute heaven. Paid parking just behind property was fine.

View was amazing ,flat was amazing everything we needed was in half a mile stayed on site for 4 days brilliant would not question staying again can't wait
