To wake up to the sea view was just magical. Very helpful staff throughout our stay. Hope the owner gets his way and update the premises, it definitely needs it and Exmouth needs it, but keep the facilities and view.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Perfect for longer stay. Extremely comfortable. Staff very helpful and polite. Just minutes walk to spectacular beach and cliff walk. Excellent value. Cosy lounge and good food.

Perfect location. Just 10 min walk to beach and town. Studio with cooking facilities was just perfect. Hotel extremely comfortable with friendly staff.
