Friendly staff at the guest house. Very clean and quiet guest house that is well managed. This is an old building so I wasn't expecting pristine or modernised accommodation, but this is expected. The decor is modern enough. We did not have breakfast but the eating room looked clean and welcoming. I travel a lot for work and leisure. This place is warm and cosy. Ideal for going to gigs at the Pavilion, and we shall be back another time.

Very obliging couple, very clean bed very comfortable,close to beach and restaurants. Has a distinct holiday atmosphere. Would have been happy to stay longer if time had permitted.

The owner ash and his wife were very friendly and welcoming. Although it's a continental breakfast b and b you can have beans or egg on toast. Our room was beautifully decorated cleaned. We asked for extra tea and milk in our room and it was done. We will certainly be going back and wouldn't have a problem recommending to other people.

Fantastic location right by sea front and marina and close to parking. Friendly and helpful welcome. Enjoyable breakfast. Comfortable bed and nice view.
