The keys were in the door on our arrival, so very easy to get in! I came by train as my husband was delayed, so I walked from Topsham station, which was an easy walk, picking up some supplies from Darts Farm Shop along the way and then a footpath to some quiet country lanes. We were in the Dairy, which was perfect for two people, with a very comfortable bed, and it was well equipped with everything we needed. it was spotlessly clean, and warm and cosy in the cooler evenings. There is plenty of parking space and tables and chairs outside. We had planned to cycle the Exe Estuary cycle path so didn't need to use our car once there as everything nearby is accessible by bicycle or walking. There is a busy duel carriageway not far but we only noticed it when crossing over on our bikes and when we needed to leave to handily get onto the motorway quickly.
