Friendly staff, pleasant, spacious ensuite twin room with comfortable beds as well as a table and chairs. Spotlessly clean. Walking distance from the Quay with its waterfront cafes and gift shops. Free parking. Good breakfast with a choice of cooked or continental. It was a very warm and humid night but the provision of a large, effective freestanding fan was much appreciated.

Good room on the ground floor with ensuite. Clean hotel, which provided a good breakfast the next day. Location is right next to a main road into Exeter. Friendly staff.

The hotel was very clean. It looked like it has had a refurbishment. Our room at the front of the hotel was large with a bay window and the bed was comfortable. Parking was plentiful and free - nice not to have to worry about it. A large fan supplied was a godsend, even though it didn’t really help that much in the heat.
