Fabulous location by the river (best view from the top floor bedroom balcony) and great that it was next to the excellent Mill on thr Exe pub. Eniko was very friendly and responsive to all messages. She kindly came over straight away when I had a question regarding the boiler. The beds are super comfy. I hasn't realised that the cleaners had completely turned off the boiler but once this was switched on, there was plenty of hot water - lovely, powerful shower.

The location is excellent—just 10 minutes from Exeter town centre, with plenty of restaurants, pubs, and shops nearby. The area is quiet and easy to find, making it a perfect base for a relaxing stay. The house itself was spotless, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable—easily among the top three of all the holiday homes I’ve stayed in. A wonderful experience overall!

Great property with a good location! Very comfortable beds with a lovely view from both bedrooms. The kitchen was well equipped too and theres even a few games and books for the kids! We had an issue with the boiler when we first arrived but the owner was very quick to send someone to us and when Kevin arrived, he was fantastic! Very friendly, fixed the issue quickly and gave us some information on the local attractions. All in all, a great stay and we would stay again
