Great location , close to Exeter centre - but peaceful & relaxing

The bedrooms were clean and had plenty of storage space. Living space / kitchen space ,facilities good.. Near a great restaurant and within a fairly easy distance to the centre of Exeter. The host very quickly sorted out the small issue we had very politely and efficiently.
