The fine print
Minor works to complete the Exeter flood defense scheme will continue outside the property during the autumn/winter of 2019 and 2020 which can involve contractors working in close proximity to the garden/river elevation of the building. The property anticipate there only being a minor impact on the view from the room. Works usually only take place Monday – Friday between the hours of 8:00 and 18:00.Please note that Headweir Mill House does not have air conditioning as it is a listed building in a conservation area.Bar is closed from 2025-12-25 until 2025-12-25
