The host was a really nice woman, very welcoming. She was open to conversation but she was also very discreet. The house has this very cosy atmosphere and the room was spacious with many storage space and different equipment (TV, kettle, hair dryer...). The continental breakfast was very generous. The area was quiet, even the house since I didn't hear the other guests. The only thing I heard were the seagulls. The house is about 20 minutes walk to the city center but there is a bus station near the station. I'll definitely stay there again if I go back to Exeter someday.
